Retail Sales Assistant

A fantastic opportunity now exists for a dynamic and energetic sales assistant to join the team at Mountain Creek! This is a diverse position, working across retail/front of house, and back of house administration.
This role works on a roster inclusive of Mondays to Sundays – 30 to 38hrs (Sept – Apr is peak season – No Sundays during winter).
Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer service
Water testing and advice and selling products from the recommendations (Training provided)
Stock control
Maintain high merchandise standards
Maximise marketing opportunities
Data entry and maintenance
Answering phones and handling enquiries
Service maintenance scheduling
General administration duties ie.
Quoting, system maintenance
Support team members
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent customer service and organisational skills
Knowledge of selling and stock control
A bright, friendly, professional personality and presentation
A keen sense of initiative
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Advantages
Strong knowledge on pool equipment
Previous experience in pool shop environment
Previous experience on work in a scheduling environment
This position will suit a pro-active person who thrives in a diverse role. Your strong organisational skills and ability to keep on top of a busy workload will see you rewarded within a positive team committed to best practice and achieving results.
Depending on your experience key chemical and equipment training maybe provided in your initial weeks of commencement out of area,
