More than just a Job
In this newly created role, reporting to the National Operations Manager, we’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Retail Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence sales growth by visiting various retail locations, implementing strategic initiatives, and providing on-site support. You’ll be a key driver in enhancing performance, maintaining brand consistency, and fostering a high-energy sales environment.
You’ll be the driving force behind increased sales and operational excellence. Here’s what you’ll achieve:
Hands-on training & coaching: Deliver practical, tailored training to franchise teams, boosting sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
Performance improvement: Conduct needs assessments and create custom coaching plans to drive measurable improvements at retail locations.
Brand & compliance champion: Ensure stores consistently meet brand standards, visual merchandising and WHS guidelines.
Operational excellence: Develop and maintain in-store retail operations manuals and policies, and conduct regular retail audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Collaborative support: Partner with Operations and L&D to monitor performance, drive retail opportunities, and refine training programs.
Mentorship & in store support: Mentor Franchise Partners during store setups and provide ongoing support to achieve operational success.
What You’ll Be
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
Proven ability to engage learners and deliver effective training.
Strong skills in communication, organisation, relationship-building, and project management.
Highly self-motivated with a proactive mindset – you take initiative, solve problems, and drive outcomes.
Thrives in an autonomous role, demonstrating accountability and confidence in decision-making.
Able to work unsupervised, perform under pressure, and manage competing priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel regularly across ANZ with a valid driver’s licence
Minimum of 2 years in a similar training and support capacity, preferably within retail, sales, or franchising is preferred.
