About the role
We are looking for an experienced store manager or those with senior retail experience to join our retail team on a full time basis.
Oversee daily operations for one of our stores on the Upper North Shore of Sydney or assume a senior retail position within an already managed store.
Responsibility for all aspects of the site. Sales targets, visual merchandising, inventory control, optimising business operations, hiring and mentoring of staff
You will be part of a dynamic leadership team that continues to focus on learning and development to remain in front of industry trends
Performing marketing/selling activities forms an important part of this role and ensuring delivery of great customer experience is paramount
The ideal candidate will be a self starter with an aptitude for problem solving and can engage with empathy and lead with passion
Flexibility to work some weekends during peak summer season
Comprehensive training is provided for non-pool industry applicants

Skills and experience
Experience in the pool industry is preferred but not essential. Retail experience is necessary for success in the roles we are seeking.
Proven ability to meet and contribute to sales targets
Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to drive and support change
Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
