Retail Manager
As a Retail Manager, you will benefit from job stability and training designed to enhance your existing skills and ensure your success in the role. Daily responsibilities include:
Working in a retail shop environment
Conducting water tests and providing recommendations to customers (computer system assisted)
Demonstrating products
Marketing pool water solutions
Managing customer data
Maintaining merchandising standards
The ideal candidate should have:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn (training in pool maintenance and water chemistry will be provided)
A technical mindset and ability to find solutions to customer problems
Ability to engage and speak to customers to understand their needs/requirements, to ensure the right solutions are offered (pool products)
Reliability
Ability to operate unsupervised at times
