We’re currently looking for two friendly and reliable Summer Casual Team Members to join our Perth-based team, working across our five store locations in Applecross, East Fremantle, Mosman Park, Dalkeith, and Gwelup from October through February.
What We’re Looking For:
To be considered, you’ll need:
Punctuality and reliability – you show up on time, every time.
Excellent communication skills – confident, clear, and approachable.
A friendly and enthusiastic attitude – positivity goes a long way!
Flexibility to travel between store locations – a driver’s licence or reliable transport is essential.
Previous experience in retail or customer service – sales experience is a bonus.
Availability to start training in mid-September, and to work throughout the summer period.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing helpful, friendly customer service both in-store and over the phone.
Assisting customers with product advice, pool care solutions, and water testing.
Completing in-store water testing and interpreting results using our systems (full training provided).
Replenishing stock and merchandising to ensure shelves are neat, clean, and fully stocked.
Supporting sales by sharing product knowledge and recommending solutions.
Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
Working from different store locations as needed.
Being responsible for the opening and daily running of one of our stores
Using POS systems – all training provided
Contributing to a positive team culture and customer experience.
Key Dates:
Training begins: Mid-September
Contract period: October to February with the opportunity to extend for the right person
