What You’ll Achieve (The Role)
As our Full-Time Pool Technician, you will be the face of Poolwerx on the road, balancing independent fieldwork with top-tier customer service. Your daily flow will include:
Pool & Spa Servicing: Performing water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnosing and fixing common pool equipment issues (pumps, filters, chlorinators, etc.).
Client Education: Delivering friendly, professional service and helping local pool owners understand how to care for their pools.
Stock & Sales: Marketing industry-leading Poolwerx supplies to your clients and keeping your van stock organised.
Tech-Savvy Logging: Accurately tracking job details and water test results using our mobile service app.
What You’ll Bring
No pool experience? No worries! While industry experience is a bonus, we are fully equipped to teach you the tricks of the trade if you bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
A current, unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence (essential).
Consent to a standard police clearance check.
A love for autonomous work and taking pride in managing your own client base.
A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
