Pool Service Technician (Experienced)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll be the face of Poolwerx Albany Creek in the field, delivering high-quality pool servicing to residential and commercial customers across our Albany Creek, Stafford and Samford territories. Working largely independently, you'll manage your own daily run while being fully supported with training, systems and ongoing development.
No two days are the same. Your work will include:
Testing and balancing pool and spa water using professional equipment and accurate methods.
Manually cleaning and maintaining pools and spas of all sizes, from residential backyards to larger commercial sites.
Completing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance to keep pools safe, compliant and operating efficiently.
Identifying and recommending service or product needs that add genuine value for customers.
Installing and servicing pool equipment including pumps, filters and chlorinators, in line with manufacturer specifications.
Learning and applying core pipework and hydraulic principles as part of your development.
Identifying and communicating future sales and service opportunities during each visit.

WHAT WE'RE AFTER

Physical capability for hands-on, manual work, including lifting and moving equipment.
Confidence working independently and managing your own daily run.
Experience in the Pool Industry, particularly service and maintenance.
A sound technical understanding of pool and spa cleaning, maintenance and water chemistry (or the willingness and passion to learn).
Must-haves
Minimum 1-2 years of pool industry experience in service and maintenance is required.
A current, unrestricted driver's licence (manual preferred).
A genuine commitment to safe work practices and WHS standards.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
