About the Role
This is where strategy becomes reality.
As Digital Performance Specialist, you’ll own the execution and delivery of digital marketing across ANZ - ensuring campaigns go live on time, platforms are used effectively, and franchise partners are supported to activate locally.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Digital & Performance to bring campaigns to life, manage agency delivery, and drive adoption of our local marketing platforms across the network.
This role requires someone who can combine strong execution with a performance mindset, using data, testing and insight to continuously improve results.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Campaign Execution & Delivery
Own the rollout and delivery of national, regional and local digital paid and social campaigns
Translate strategy into clear briefs and ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard
Oversee trafficking, tagging, QA and optimisation coordination
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results
Agency Coordination
Act as the day-to-day contact for digital agencies
Manage briefs, timelines and optimisation requests
Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and to standard
Franchise (LAM) Enablement
Support franchise partners to activate local marketing campaigns
Drive adoption of platforms like Brand Amplifier and Birdeye
Deliver training and ongoing support to improve local campaign performance
Platform & Campaign Operations
Support the day-to-day operation of key paid and local marketing platforms, including Brand Amplifier, Birdeye, Google Ads and Meta tools
Coordinate campaign rollout across paid and social platforms, ensuring accurate setup, tracking and consistency of execution
Manage platform administration, audience setup, asset deployment and campaign QA
Work with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaign pathways and landing pages align with campaign objectives
Performance & Optimisation
Use data and analytics (e.g. GA4, platform reporting) to monitor campaign performance
Support testing and optimisation across audiences, creative and campaign structure
Maintain reporting dashboards and ensure data accuracy
Budget & Reporting
Track campaign budgets and ensure accurate pacing
Provide clear visibility of campaign delivery and performance
Support performance reporting with reliable data inputs
