Poolwerx is one of Australia’s most recognised pool and spa brands, and our local business operates across Kalamunda, Mundaring and Stratton.
We are a fast-paced, service-driven business that supports clients with everything from pool chemicals and equipment through to troubleshooting, water testing, and retail sales.
We are looking for a confident, personable and reliable Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.
This is not a stand-around-and-wait retail role. We need someone who can talk to clients, sell solutions, follow process, think on their feet, and keep up during our peak season.
About the Role
This role will see you working across all three store locations as required, supporting our retail team with:
Serving and assisting customers in-store
Recommending products and upselling where appropriate
Processing sales through POS
Learning pool and spa product knowledge
Assisting with water testing and client advice
Restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
Following internal systems and daily processes
Supporting the team during busy trade periods
Helping ensure every customer leaves with the right solution and a great experience
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Previous retail sales experience
A current driver’s licence
Availability to work across Kalamunda, Mundaring and Stratton
Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
Availability to work through our peak summer season
No planned extended leave preferred between October and January
