This is not the case with Craig; just read the long list of positive reviews. In buying our house we inherited a lovely magnesium pool that was built for aesthetics and with little regard for ongoing maintenance. It looks great but it's really difficult to work on. It was also neglected by previous owners. Craig came to our rescue and continues to keep it looking great. Despite many years in the industry, it seems to me that Craig has not yet been reduced to going through the motions. He still cares. About his customers, the quality of service his company provides and his reputation. He is knowledgeable, experienced and honest. He will patiently explain the what and why behind his recommendations for work and/or equipment and he won’t spend your money recklessly. Not surprisingly, he is extremely busy but if you can get an appointment with him it's worth the wait. If you’re looking for a new pool maintenance company, or you’re handy at diy pool maintenance but occasionally need technical help with chemistry balance, equipment failure, etc I recommend you contact Craig. You will not find a more affable, helpful pool expert.
