Excellent service after the pool pump failed out of warranty. Deb arranged with the suppliers of the pump to have it replaced at no cost even though it was 4 months out of its 3 year warranty. The team have been maintaining the pool since they opened their Bull Creek shop and have consistently provided efficient, helpful and friendly service. Highly recommended for all pool maintenance.

My friend and I happen to stumble into the store as we were planning to use a floaty at the beach, where we were then greeted by Deb and the store’s lovely dog (it was his birthday !!). Deb was amazing in terms of showcasing and explaining the good quality and inexpensive products and furthermore providing further support with our purchase by pumping up our inflatable for us. Deb continued to surprise us with additional goodies that was left from a recently finished event that just made our day even better. We left the store with a discounted product, lollies and an assortment of goodies that since Deb made our day, we wanted to make hers. Before heading off to the beach we brought her flowers and a thank you note 🥰🫶. We left the store with good memories and obviously had a blast with our new inflatable.

Poolwerx Bullcreek are a fantastic, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable team. They have a great range of products at good prices. We bought our robotic cleaner there, as well as regular chemicals and water testing. They always take the time to go through everything with us, to make sure we have what we need, and don't force random chemicals we don't really need on us like some places do.
