From day one, the Poolwerx Support Centre works with you to build your business. From water chemistry, to plumbing and installation and more importantly how to run your business, grow your business and bring new clients into your door.
Franchise Partner training has continued to evolve in the past 26 years to meet the growing demands of the pool aftermarket industry.
All of our new Franchise Partners go through a three week intensive training program called Pool School which covers all aspects of the business and Poolwerx brand including water chemistry, plumbing and installation, as well as how each department will help you grow your business successfully, including marketing, HR, finance, business planning, IT and more.
This initial training will give you the foundation you need to kickstart your business and the ongoing training and support from your business development manager and Poolwerx Support Centre will help your business grow.
