We have used Poolwerx from the time they opened in Port Macquarie and have been very happy with the service and knowledge provided. Whilst traveling extensively over past years, they maintained the pool contacting us as needed and each time we return the pool is in excellent condition ready to use.

Leon and his team have been absolute superstars maintaining our pool for the past three years. They always go out of their way to sort out any issues we have and our pool is always sparking. We wouldn’t manage without them!

After 2 years of sub-par service from another Pool Company in Port Macquarie we signed up with Poolwerx and could not be happier. The store manager and the team in the shop are always really helpful but our pool technician Lee is outstanding. When Poolwerx took over they were left with stains throughout the pool, cloudy water, and incorrect balance of chlorine. Within the first service the pool looked so much better, Lee worked really hard to get the balance right and to remove the stains. Our Pool looks brand new and between each service the chlorine and PH balance remains within levels, and we have not had cloudy water since. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you are looking for a Pool Company in Port Macquarie Poolwerx is by far the best.
