We met the lovely Tim today who showed up on time and quoted us for a new pool pump as ours had died. He had great advice with our set up and was very friendly to deal with. We will be very happy to continue with all our upgrades with this company. Great service, equipment, warranty and wonderful to deal with. So happy that we have found our ocean grove pool people!

We were contemplating going into mineral water with our Pool and had also had some problems with the quality of the water. Poolwerx Ocean Grove let us know that Tim was running a DIY session in Geelong and we were lucky enough to attend and have his input. Tim is highly knowledgeable and just so enthusiastic about pools and committed to the best quality water. We spent over an hour with him and our knowledge just increased tenfold . He was generous with his time and after many questions on his and our part he made excellent recommendations. This was followed up with a visit to our home in the afternoon to assess our pool and filtration system and demonstrate a robot vacuum . He is a complete professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience with pools . We could not recommend him highly enough if you have any water or filtration problems that need addressing. We picked up so many tips along the way from the use of different chemicals to how we take our water sample. He provided us with a very fair quote for the equipment we need to replace with excellent warranty and after care service. We are delighted to have the new OG store with Tim and his staff taking care of our pool !

I would like to personally thank New owners Tim Heard and his incredible staff at the new Torquay Poolwerx location for taking the time to come out and give advice and guidance in repairing my cracked fibreglass pool and replacing my outdated equipment which to be honest hasn’t worked for some time. You have literally saved me $1000’s and to top it off with an unscheduled service once I repaired the crack earlier this week in peak season was incredible customer service. My children who are enjoying the pool as we speak can’t thank you enough Tim. I really want this to be a very big recommendation as I have been waiting for so long for a pool shop in Torquay and now we have one, Poolwerx Torquay!!!! Thanks again Tim

Tim and his team have given our pool a much needed revamp - wish I’d done it sooner! We have a 12yr old concrete pool and over recent years the filter had become poorly effective and was leaking around its cuff, the spa heater was temperamental and the viron eq stopped reading its probes despite them being new/replaced. Tim came out and helped me try to troubleshoot this issues and in the end I took the plunge to replace a number of these aging components. His quote was thru in less than 24hrs and the works completed within a week of my deposit. Everything is back up and running and the pool looks and feels great! Thx Tim, Jason and your team. The staff are so incredibly helpful and kind, I went to see them for a second opinion after being quoted $300 to get my pool vacuum repaired. They told me to try new tyres and with the current sale they had on it cost me under $50. So grateful I went in there, definitely will continue going there moving forward. Best customer service I have had in a long time!!
