Angus and Hamish have been so helpful and friendly whenever I’ve been in. The shop is super convenient for me too. And I’ve been really happy with how easy it’s been to have someone come round to check things out when I’ve needed it. I would highly recommend Poolwerx Balgowlah, especially as I’ve experienced the complete opposite with customer service and friendliness with other pool service companies - these guys are the best!!

Great service and in my situation where the pool suffers from being under a gum tree I found them to be understanding of my unique situation and super knowledgeable to be able to nail it with an adjustment to the regular chemical balance to make up for the conditions.
