Website and Digital Performance Lead (Maternity Leave Cover)
More than just a Company
Poolwerx is the world’s largest pool care franchise network, operating across Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. We’re in the middle of a major digital transformation - and we’re looking for a highly capable Website & Digital Performance Lead to join us on a fixed-term contract while a key team member is on maternity leave.
This is a hands-on, autonomous role. You will own our websites, organic digital performance, and day-to-day optimisation. This is not a junior or purely executional role; we need someone who can step in quickly, take ownership, and keep momentum moving.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the central point of accountability for our websites and digital performance, ensuring continuity, stability, and strong day-to-day execution. Your focus will be on maintaining momentum, protecting brand and franchise trust, and keeping our digital platforms performing consistently and reliably.
Key responsibilities include:
Own the day-to-day operation of our AU and NZ websites
Manage website backlogs, QA, timelines, and agency delivery
Track and report on digital performance (GA4, leads, engagement)
Translate data into clear insights and recommendations
Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns
Maintain workflows, documentation, and digital processes
Support franchise and B2B digital presence and lead capture
This role is for you if you
Like owning things end-to-end
Are comfortable making decisions without constant direction
Enjoy being a steward of momentum, keeping systems running well, refining where needed, and protecting what’s already working
Balance strategy with hands-on execution
Stay calm when things break and know how to fix them
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Prerequisites & What You'll Bring
5+ years in a website, digital performance, or growth-focused digital marketing role
Strong GA4, SEO, CRO, and reporting capability
Strong understanding of project management tools (Monday.com, JIRA, Confluence)
CMS experience (Storyblok; headless CMS preferred)
Experience working with full-stack agencies, QA teams and developers
Personal attributes
Strong team player, but can work autonomously
Solutions-focused
Calm under pressure
Strong communicator
Organised and detail-oriented
Why Poolwerx?
Work on a complex, enterprise-scale digital ecosystem
Join a collaborative, high-performing marketing team
