More than just a Job
This is a newly created role within our Operations team, reporting to the National Operations Manager. As our Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the key link between new Franchise Partners and the wider business, ensuring every onboarding journey is smooth, well-coordinated, and set up for success.
You’ll take ownership of task management, timelines, and cross-department coordination for each franchise sale, keeping everyone aligned, accountable, and on track. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, deadlines, and building strong working relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a critical role in setting Franchise Partners up for success. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding journey
Managing and tracking onboarding tasks, milestones, and deadlines for each franchise sale
Coordinating cross-functional support across Operations, Marketing, IT, Finance, Supply and other teams
Maintaining accurate onboarding records, checklists, and task tracking in FranConnect (franchise management system)
Documenting and following up on actions and decisions from weekly onboarding meetings
Monitoring onboarding progress against KPIs and proactively addressing delays or risks
Supporting franchise partners with setup requirements, compliance, WHS alignment, and brand transition communications
Continuously improving onboarding processes, tools, and documentation
Providing administration and coordination support for Franchise Development events and reporting
What You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience in onboarding, franchise operations, project coordination, or a similar role
Strong organisational, task management, and deadline-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Confidence working across systems, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM platforms
A relevant qualification in Business, Project Management or a related field (preferred)
Willingness to travel as required
