Customer Service Representative

Location: Poolwerx Jimboomba
Salary: $55K-$65K per year
Availability: Full Time

About the Role

As our Lead Scheduler, you will be the central point for coordinating daily service schedules, communicating with both technicians and clients, and ensuring a seamless experience for all involved. Your role is key in maintaining the smooth operation of our business and delivering the high level of service our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage technician schedules

  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal staff

  • Handle inbound calls and service enquiries

  • Update and maintain customer records and service systems

  • Problem-solve scheduling conflicts and urgent requests efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

  • Experience with scheduling or booking software (Pooltrackr, Simpro, or similar highly regarded)

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Confident communicator with a professional, friendly manner

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure

  • A team player who can also work independently
