The quality of our work, and the health and safety of our clients is of the utmost importance to us. Poolwerx ensures all franchisees maintain not only their OH&S accreditation but continually build on their knowledge through regular training within our own Registered Training Organisation.

  • After a job is initiated with your single point of contact,  the relevant franchisee will contact your client to make arrangements within 24 hours. 
  • Quotes are supplied within six working days of initiation of request, with clear communication of any issues 
  • On approval of the quotation, you can be assured the work will be carried out by a qualified technician and all relevant documentation will be supplied upon completion.
